Alumni Reunion, October 17-19, Sacred Heart Monastery, Louisville, Kentucky
I would like to share with you the announcement of a reunion to take place Fall at Sacred Heart Monastery in Louisville, Ky. Below is a message sent out by Don Noltemeyer:
"I'm writing to tell you that a Passionist reunion will be held at the monastery at St. Agnes in Louisville, Kentucky October 17-19. I attended the Prep seminary in Warrenton, Missouri from '66 to '69 (when it closed) and would've been in the 1970 graduating class. With my classmates, Jim Bueter and Carl Delage, my wife, Susan, and Fr. John Schork (local superior in Louisville) we have planned the reunion described in the attachment. This is the fifth such gathering beginning in 2002 in Warrenton/St. Louis, and about every three years thereafter including in Detroit, Chicago, and Louisville. Mike Schweizer, to whom we will be forever grateful, Prep class of '69 was the master planner of the first four. A link to Passionist Prepsters on Steve's site will take you to pictures of our previous gatherings.
"I've gleaned contact information from the site managed by Steve George and have seen the comments many of you made following attendance at a 2004 reunion.
"Those comments ring true to my experience at our earlier get-togethers--this is a great group of guys and the Spirit continues in them (and in their spouses that have listened patiently to so many stories for so many years). Our gatherings have typically been well-attended and included guys from all over the country, and many Passionists and former Passionists, and we are hoping for a good turnout this Fall.
"I'm sending this to provide you the reunion information and to ask if we may add you to our email distribution for this and future reunions. Please let me know if you have any questions. Just click below to get my email address:
