Schedule for the Weekend, July 23-25, 2004
| Friday: | |
| 12:00 Noon | Locals begin setting up Monastery grounds for BBQ and Barn for Memorabilia. |
| 5:00 p.m. | Tours of Monastery and St Agnes Church begin (self-guided). |
| 6:00 p.m. | Gathering for BBQ-introductions |
| 6:30 p.m. | Picnic begins---food and Conversations |
| There will be entertainment and neat stuff to see in Barn that will bring back great memories. | |
| 8:30 p.m. | Food lines end so crew can clean up. |
| 11:30 p.m. | Conversations should be winding down and people on way home. |

| Saturday Morning: | Nothing formal has been planned. On Friday night plans can be made to play golf at Bellarmine, tour the downtown or neighborhoods, tour Bellarmine, or just meet with old friends for breakfast and talk. There was a desire for some group discussions about the “Passionist Experience” and that will be discussed at the Friday BBQ for possible times for those interested. |

| Saturday Afternoon: | The monastery will continue to be the gathering place for discussions, conversations, pick up for tours, and to view the stuff in the barn. Beverages will be on hand. |
| 5:30 p.m. | For those wishing to attend Mass, we have arranged for Fr. Dan Atkins with other reunion priests to concelebrate Mass in the new Bellarmine Chapel overlooking Newburg Road. |
| 6:30 p.m. | Guests arrive at the Holiday Inn Airport East, on Gardiner Lane near Newburg Road. |
| 7:00 p.m. | Buffet Dinner begins. It will be a time to share stories, jokes, and fellowship. |
| 11:00 p.m. | Dinnertime ends and people are free to gather in the hotel bar (adjacent), rooms, or other locations not yet known. |

| Sunday: | Because of the many people who are leaving after the dinner, we have not planned any events for Sunday, but have left it open to whatever develops as a result of Friday and Saturday conversations. |
